butterfly

as i close my eyes
i see her hurdle
from one star to other
like a butterfly,

as i close my eyes
i see her fingers
daub rainbow
on the face of sky,

as i close my eyes
i see her tress
sway creating
night and day,

as i close my eyes
i see her eyes
shower moonbeams
as flowers pray,

as i close my eyes
i see her smile
make the rivers
sing and play,

as i open my eyes
i wish her hand
rest on my hand
as i stroll the walkway
